About Me

I’m an IT Support & Field Technician with a strong interest in networking, infrastructure, systems administration, cloud technologies, and practical problem-solving. I enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting complex issues, and understanding not just how to fix a problem, but why it happened in the first place.

Professional Background

I currently work in IT support and field services, where I troubleshoot user issues, deploy and configure workstations, support networking and infrastructure, and work with Microsoft 365 environments. The role has given me hands-on experience solving problems across hardware, software, cloud services, and on-site environments while learning how different systems interact in real-world business settings.

Technical Focus

My primary technical interests are networking, infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud administration, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and automation. I enjoy working across both the physical and logical sides of IT—from hardware, workstations, and network infrastructure to identity, cloud services, scripting, and systems management.

How I Work

I approach technical problems methodically: understand the environment, gather evidence, identify the cause, make controlled changes, and verify the result. I value solutions that are reliable, documented, and repeatable, and I try to leave systems in a better state than I found them.

Where I’m Going

I’m continuing to build deeper experience in networking, infrastructure, cloud administration, cybersecurity, and automation. My goal is to move increasingly toward systems and infrastructure-focused roles where I can combine hands-on troubleshooting with designing, improving, and maintaining reliable technology environments.
